These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website alperguc.com and the iOS and Android applications published by Alper Sümer Güç (“we”, “us”). By using the site or any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Use of the apps and site
Our apps and this website are provided for your personal, lawful use. You agree not to misuse them — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the apps except where permitted by law, or use them to break any applicable law or regulation.
No account, free to use
Our apps generally require no account and are free to download. Some free apps display advertising to support their development; see our Privacy Policy for how advertising works. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Intellectual property
The apps, the website, their design, text, and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission, except as allowed by the relevant app-store license terms. Some apps include third-party assets used under their own licenses, which are credited where required.
App store terms
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms. Where those terms conflict with these, the store’s terms apply to the download and installation of the app.
Disclaimer
Our apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Tools such as coordinate, currency, or unit converters are provided for general information and convenience; results are estimates and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or official sources where accuracy is critical. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
